I made red bean lobio salad. I soaked the beans overnight and boiled them in the morning until they were soft enough. For brightness, I used half yellow and half red bell pepper. I prepared it according to the author’s recipe. A very tasty, satisfying, healthy salad with a wonderful aroma of Caucasian spices! Next time I'll add more bell pepper to make it even juicier.
