Raspberry confiture
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Ingredients
STEP 2
We turn the selected raspberries into a solid homogeneous mass using a home blender.
STEP 3
Filter the resulting berry puree using a sieve. This way we will rid ourselves of the small raspberry seeds we don’t need.
STEP 4
Squeeze half a lemon into the puree
STEP 5
Prepare a container for cooking and pour the raspberry mixture into it. Sugar it and then turn on the stove
STEP 6
Boil the pulp for 5 minutes, removing any foam that appears.
STEP 7
What came out as a result of cooking is not yet confiture, but it is already close to it. We give the workpiece the whole night to cool inside the refrigerator.
STEP 8
In the morning we take it out and boil it again. Everything is the same as last time – high temperature, 5 minutes. Boil it, turn it off. Everything essential is left behind.
STEP 9
Pour the raspberry confiture into boiled jars, which we seal. The jars should cool with the bottom up to prevent the lids from falling off. After cooling, we transfer the jars to the cellar))
STEP 10
Delicate aromatic confiture will perfectly brighten up early winter evenings.
