I was looking on the website for a recipe for a delicious salad dressing and found this ranch sauce. The composition is very varied and you can immediately see that it should turn out delicious. It's very easy to prepare. I usually make something like this for chicken, only without the spices. Out of the entire list, I didn't have green onions, they're hard to find now. But even without it it turned out very tasty. I added a little more paprika than other spices, I love it. The sauce with it acquired a reddish tint. I was surprised by the addition of dry mustard, but it turned out no worse than with ready-made mustard. I put the garlic through a press, so it’s smaller and gives more juice. I love adding freshly ground black pepper, it’s so flavorful! The sauce was just fire! It has so many different tastes and aromas) I took one clove of garlic, I thought it would be enough with so many spices, but after trying it I added one more. Sour cream has a neutral taste, so the spices reveal their flavor perfectly. All the sauce didn’t reach the salad) I spread some of it on bread and ate it just like that) Thank you for such a wonderful recipe. I recommend to all!
