    Then cut the onion into half rings, add a teaspoon of salt and mash until the juice releases.

    Butcher the rabbit. You can use it as a boneless fillet or in pieces with bones. Do it to your taste. In this case, the kebab is in pieces on the bone.

    Cut the lard into small pieces and mix with the rabbit.

    Season with onions, pour in wine and stir. Let the meat soak for 15 minutes.
