A tasty, aromatic and very healthy dish! Rabbit meat can be baked in various ways. Its only drawback is that it takes a very long time to prepare. Therefore, when baking, use foil, otherwise the meat will dry out.

When my grandfather was younger, he always kept rabbits. In our family, rabbit broth was on the table very often, and I simply adored this dish! Over time, my grandfather began to keep rabbits less and less, and when I got married, we stopped eating them completely. But, being pregnant, I again wanted to remember the taste, fortunately, the local meat kiosk sometimes had whole carcasses. And recently I remembered that I froze part of the rabbit and the recipe came in handy! I haven’t made it in mayonnaise with garlic before, so I decided to try it. I added tomatoes and cut potatoes according to the author’s advice. Thanks for the recipe! Rabbit is a special dish, a taste of my childhood. I plunged into memories.
