STEP 1
Chop the rabbit carcass into pieces. Take the required amount for baking and rinse well in running water. Then dry with a paper towel.
STEP 2
Place a little mayonnaise and peeled and chopped garlic into a spacious bowl. Add some salt and spices. Mix everything well.
STEP 3
Roll the rabbit pieces in the resulting marinade so that they are evenly covered with the sauce. Leave it to stand like this for 40-50 minutes.
STEP 4
Then prepare your baking dish. Cover the bottom of the pan with foil and grease the foil with vegetable oil.
STEP 5
Place the rabbit pieces in the prepared pan and cover with foil. Place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cook the rabbit uncovered for the last 30 minutes so that the top is slightly browned. When baked, there is a very enticing aroma. Enjoy the finished rabbit while it’s hot. Bon appetit!
