    We prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare a quick and delicious pizza with tender dough in a frying pan.

    Prepare the pizza dough and pour half a teaspoon of baking powder into a plate with fifty grams of flour, break one chicken egg, add thirty milliliters of kefir.

    Stir well with a whisk until smooth and set aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.

    Chop one hundred grams of champignons not too coarsely.

    Cut one hundred grams of ham into arbitrary pieces. To prepare the pizza filling, pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a bowl, add a clove of garlic passed through a special press and mix well.

    Roughly but not very finely chop one tomato.

    Cut the green bell pepper into cubes.

    Grate one hundred and fifty grams of Parmesan on a fine grater.

    Turn on the stove and heat a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil added to it. We fry the mushrooms in a frying pan and do not forget to stir them with a spatula. Add the ham to the frying pan with the mushrooms and stir, then add salt to taste and reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Place the prepared pizza toppings from the pan onto a plate.

    Heat a frying pan on the stove with a small amount of olive oil and pour in the dough, the bottom layer of which is cooked for five minutes. Grease the top layer of the dough with pre-prepared grated tomatoes, make a tomato base on which we sprinkle French herbs on top.

    Place mushrooms and ham on top of the cheese and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and cover with a lid for five minutes.

    Once the pizza has steamed, add a layer of the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and cover with a lid until the cheese melts.
