Quick fried yeast pies with milk

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make quick yeast pies with milk? Prepare the ingredients for the test. Sift the flour through a sieve. It is important to do this to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baked goods will turn out airy and rise well during baking. Eggs can be used in any size. The most important thing is that all ingredients are warm. Therefore, remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance so that they have time to warm up.
STEP 2

How to make the dough? First, heat the milk until warm. The milk should become just warm, not hot; too high a temperature will kill the living yeast. Pour a small amount into a bowl and add yeast, sugar and a couple of tablespoons of flour.
STEP 3

Mix everything and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes so that the fermentation process begins in the yeast. This is called dough. If the yeast is active and of good quality, bubbles will begin to appear on the surface.
STEP 4

When this happens, pour the dough into a suitable sized bowl in which you will knead the dough. Add the remaining warm milk. Add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil. Immediately crack the eggs into the bowl. Mix everything.
STEP 5

Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You can use a wooden spatula to knead the dough. And when the dough becomes stiff, continue kneading with a mixer or by hand. Knead the dough for about 15 minutes until smooth and homogeneous.
STEP 6

The dough may require a little more or less flour than specified. Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. It should turn out soft and tender, which almost does not stick to your hands. Cover the finished dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 45-60 minutes. The dough will have to double in size. Due to the fact that all the ingredients were warm, the dough rises very quickly.
STEP 7

The ready-made dough can be used to make pies. Place it on a work surface dusted with flour. Divide into 2-3 parts and form each into a sausage. Cut each sausage into pieces.
STEP 8

Using your hands, knead a piece of dough and place a little filling in the center. I will make pies with boiled condensed milk. Choose high-quality, proven condensed milk. Without vegetable fats and food additives. The composition should contain only two ingredients: milk and sugar. The quality of the condensed milk will ultimately determine the taste and quality of the finished dish. Pinch the edges of the dough to form a pie. Let the pies sit on the counter for 5 minutes.
STEP 9

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Then turn down the heat and add the pies. Fry the pies for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
STEP 10

Place the finished pies on paper towels to absorb excess fat, cool slightly and enjoy. Bon appetit!
