What’s good about this recipe for quick pickled cabbage is that you don’t have to wait long for it to turn sour, by the way, garlic is a discovery for me, canned cabbage probably adds some piquancy, it’s super!

Olga, this recipe is good because you don’t have to wait for the cabbage to ferment, but you can eat it much earlier than usual! I also make this, sometimes I add beets for color. Very good recipe!
