Pyramids Cheerful friends pancakes with cutlets

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, mix with salt and flour. Fry the flatbreads.
STEP 2

We can make these flatbreads.
STEP 3

Soak the bread in milk. Finely chop the onion into cubes. Sauté in 1 tsp. butter. Knead with minced meat, bread, egg, salt, pepper and form into cutlets. Fry them in the remaining oil.
STEP 4

Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into slices. Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with greased baking paper.
STEP 5

Place cutlets on top.
STEP 6

Place tomatoes, cucumbers and slices of cheese on top.
STEP 7

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Bon appetit!

Where is the oil in the composition in which the potato cakes are drowned? What is 10 pieces of cheese? Can you indicate the weight? I DO NOT believe that the calorie content of this dish is 96 kcal/100 grams.
