Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make pumpkin juice with pulp for the winter? Prepare the products according to the list. For 1 kilogram of pumpkin, I indicated 1 cup of sugar, filled to the brim, but you can take a little less to your liking, for example 2/3 or 1/2 cup (200 ml). One 200 ml glass, filled to the rim (as I indicated in the recipe), contains 120 grams. Take this fact into account if you measure sugar not with a glass, but weigh it with a kitchen scale.
STEP 2
So, we start preparing this drink by peeling the pumpkin and cutting it into small pieces of approximately the same size.
STEP 3
Now transfer the prepared pumpkin into a saucepan, fill it with water and place on the stove over moderate heat.
STEP 4
Cook the pumpkin until it becomes soft - pierce a few pieces with a knife with a thin blade and make sure that the pumpkin has reached the desired condition. The vegetable should not be overcooked. Once the pumpkin is cooked, carefully transfer it to the blender jar. Do not pour out the broth.
STEP 5
Grind thoroughly until smooth and mushy.
STEP 6
After this, add sugar to taste and mix the mixture well.
STEP 7
Now mix the chopped pumpkin with the pumpkin broth and mix again.
STEP 8
Pour the finished drink into sterilized jars and close the lids, let cool. After a couple of days, you can drink the juice, enjoying its impeccable taste! Now you know how to prepare pumpkin juice with pulp for the winter!
