Before, I had no idea that pumpkin could be cooked without being sweet. But after trying pumpkin fried in a frying pan, I realized that it was also delicious. For this dish, I took a bright orange round pumpkin. I didn’t cook much, I made three slices to try. True, my slices are not thin, at the widest point they are 3 cm thick. I was afraid that the thin pieces might fall apart) I fried them in vegetable oil with the addition of thyme, basil and black pepper. Lightly salt the slices on both sides. I roasted the pumpkin for at least 30 minutes due to its thickness, most likely. But it was nicely browned on all sides. This dish looks delicious! I liked the taste, but I didn't have enough garlic. I think it will be just right in this case.
