    STEP 1

How to make sugar fudge? Prepare the products according to the specified list.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Grind the sugar in a coffee grinder to a fine powder. Or use ready-made powdered sugar.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Separate the white from the yolk, the egg should be cold, or now put the white in the refrigerator.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form, so that when you turn the container over, the mixture does not spill out, but remains united. Gradually add powdered sugar while continuing to beat.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cut a slice of lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Continue whisking.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

You should get a thick, airy foam. You can fill a pastry bag or syringe with this mixture and squeeze out rings of patterns, or simply spread it onto buns or other baked goods with a spoon.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Serve buns with powdered sugar fudge for tea or coffee; these buns are also great with milk. This option is especially good for children.

I make this fudge with sugar and citric acid. Buns with this fudge taste much better.
