Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 30 mins
STEP 1
Place butter and condensed milk in a bowl, you can add vanillin, beat with a mixer and set aside.
STEP 2
Pour cold water into the pan, add 2 tablespoons of agar, stir well, and place on medium heat. When it boils, add sugar and stir constantly. Once it boils, add vinegar and cook for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 3
5 minutes before readiness, beat the egg whites with a mixer into a fluffy foam, pour the syrup into it in a thin stream, stirring with the mixer, and add the butter and condensed milk, do all this quickly, since the agar hardens quickly. Then pour it into the mold.
