Potatoes with sausages in pots
A quick and easy dish - even a child can handle it! I really like to bake meat in pots. This time there was no meat on hand, but there were sausages. It turned out quite satisfying, and most importantly - quickly.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Remove film from sausages.
STEP 2

Cut the sausages into slices.
STEP 3

Cut the carrots into semicircles.
STEP 4

Cut the potatoes into cubes.
STEP 5

Combine vegetables and sausages, add salt and pepper and mix.
STEP 6

Divide the mixture into pots, pour 150 ml of hot water into each pot.
STEP 7

Spread sour cream on top. Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40-50 minutes. Wash the greens, dry, chop finely and sprinkle it over the finished potatoes and sausages.
