The recipe for potatoes with sausage in the oven really helped me out when I needed to quickly prepare dinner. My potatoes were quite large, so I cut them into 8 wedges. While I was peeling the potatoes, water was boiling in the pan. I boiled the potato wedges for about five minutes and removed them onto a plate with a slotted spoon. There was no time to cool, so I immediately poured a mixture of vegetable oil and spices over the potatoes. I decided to flavor it with paprika, curry and dried tarragon. I stirred with a slotted spoon so as not to get burned. The potatoes and sausage were baked for 20 minutes, and after adding garlic butter for another 15 minutes. I determined readiness by piercing a potato wedge. The dish turned out super fragrant, the garlic smells so delicious when baked! Potatoes with a golden crust, the sausage was also fried! A very simple and easy dish to prepare, but so delicious!
