Potatoes with sausage and cheese in the oven

STEP 1

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly with the hard side of a dish sponge. You can lightly scrape off the delicate skin with a knife.
STEP 2

Pour 2 liters into the pan. water, put potatoes in it. Once the water boils, add salt to taste. Cook the potatoes until almost done. The cooking process took me about 15-17 minutes in total.

Cut the boiled sausage into thin slices and cut each slice in half.

Grate hard or semi-hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Once the potatoes have reached the desired condition, set them aside to cool slightly so as not to burn your hands. Wash the dill greens and shake. Then chop finely.
STEP 6

Grease a baking dish with a drop of sunflower oil. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through the tuber. To create a kind of “pocket”.
STEP 7

Place a piece of chopped sausage in the pocket of each tuber and sprinkle with chopped dill.
STEP 8

And add grated cheese on top. Potatoes and sausage should be baked at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven) until fully cooked and an appetizing cheese crust has formed.
