I’ve been eyeing a recipe for baked potatoes with honey for a long time; I didn’t understand this combination. I decided to check it in practice). To do this, I took new potatoes suitable for baking. Boiled it until half cooked with bay leaf, allspice and thyme (dried). At the same time, I decided that with such spices it would be delicious to simply boil potatoes. I peeled the hot tubers (it is better to do this with gloves)), and greased them with honey and vegetable oil. I took the most common flower honey. All you have to do is bake for 20 minutes and you're done. The potatoes became so rosy and delicious! The smell of honey is amazing! I didn't sprinkle rosemary, kids don't like it. But I imagined what a bouquet of aromas it would make. The potatoes were crusty on top, but soft and crumbly inside. Very tasty, the sweetish taste adds piquancy and unusualness.
