Potatoes with chicken breasts in the microwave
A simple recipe for your favorite potatoes! The man can't resist! With the invention of the microwave oven, a new era in food preparation began. Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
STEP 2
Prepare the spices by seasoning them with salt and crushed garlic and oil.
STEP 3
Mix this mixture well (don't forget to add pepper!)

Place potato slices in a glass container in layers and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
STEP 5
Prepare the chicken breasts by cutting them into slices. If the breasts are purchased separately, nothing needs to be prepared. If you want, you can lightly beat the breasts.
STEP 6
Place the chicken on the potatoes and also sprinkle with spices.
STEP 7
Place a layer of potato spices on top.
STEP 8
The dishes can be covered with cling film on top. Cook for 20-30 minutes on high power.
STEP 9
When serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.

An interesting idea, I boiled the potatoes a little and then put them in the microwave under the cheese. My kids love melting cheese in the microwave. And here it comes with potatoes. They really liked it and ate it with pleasure. True, dad suggested next time to put slices of meat or sausage under the cheese
