I wanted a simple oven dish with chicken. I had chicken fillet and liked this recipe. I decided to try it. Chicken fillet cut into pieces and marinated in sour cream. I also added chopped garlic, paprika flakes, salt, ground basil and freshly ground pepper. I chose young potatoes, washed them with a brush and cut them into slices. Drizzle with oil and salt. I cut the tomatoes into slices. I also decided to add onions of two colors to the dish for beauty. I put all the prepared products in a mold and baked them in the oven for 50 minutes. The aroma was magical. Potatoes with chicken and tomatoes in the oven turned out great. The chicken was delicious, soft and juicy, the potatoes were tender, the flavor of the spices was excellent, and the tomatoes were super tasty and added a richness to the dish. Wonderful recipe!
