    Place the pumpkin on a baking sheet, pour a little water into the bottom, place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes or longer. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven and the size of the pumpkin. If desired, at the end of baking, the vegetables in the pumpkin can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese and kept in the oven until the cheese melts. Today I got lost in cooking potatoes in a pumpkin in the oven. I took a small pumpkin, cut out some of the pulp and cut it into squares. I also cut the potatoes and the onion into half rings. I salted, peppered and poured this mixture into the pumpkin. As suggested in the recipe, I baked the pumpkin in a container in the crust and poured water. The pumpkin took longer to cook in my oven than the author’s. I sprinkled the finished dish with chopped parsley. It turned out very beautiful and tasty.
