I had leftover mashed potatoes from last night's dinner and wanted to use it somewhere. By searching by ingredients, which is very convenient, I found potato zrazy with egg and onion. All the ingredients were on hand and I started cooking. Heated the mashed potatoes, added the egg and butter, and stirred. The filling was quickly made from pre-boiled eggs and fried onions. I made cutlets from mashed potatoes with filling, rolled them in flour and fried them until golden brown. The simplest recipe available to everyone. The zrazy turned out tender, soft, rosy and very appetizing. Great snack! On the author’s advice, I greased the zrazy with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped dill. Sour cream perfectly complemented potato zrazy with egg and fried onions. Super tasty! It’s a pity that there is not enough puree left) Thanks to the author!

The potato zrazy turned out good, ruddy, neat, the hand just reaches out, I also really love zrazy, with any fillings, but with onions and eggs, I just want to add fresh dill, for flavor
