I once cooked something similar, only I put a cutlet in the middle, and there were petals around the potatoes, a la sunflowers. the potatoes are delicious

There’s more fuss with sunflowers, I like this option better

I had to tinker with the potatoes)) My boys were very pleased. Soft puree inside, baked crust on top. It was only when I started to lubricate it that the brush began to spoil the appearance of the purees... they began to smear. So I put it in the oven for a few minutes so that the mold would set and then grease it.
