Very tasty and simple recipe. Potato casserole with sausage is prepared from available products. I really liked that the potatoes must first be boiled in their jackets. The peel retains microelements and vitamins in potatoes. And the taste of potatoes boiled in their jackets is somehow special. I didn't have sausage, I cut the sausages. I made a creamy filling with eggs, sprinkled with grated cheese and put it in the oven. The casserole cooks very quickly. It turned out filling and tasty. I think there is room for imagination in the future. You can try it first with the addition of garlic, and see what you find in the refrigerator. But these will be different recipes. And I thank the author of this for such a simple and good idea for a delicious lunch.

A very necessary recipe, just for those times when you don’t have the time or desire to peel potatoes. Potato casserole with sausage is prepared casually, it’s convenient. I boiled the potatoes in the morning; they had just cooled down by the time they were baked. Instead of sausage, I took beef sausages and cut them into small pieces. I chopped the onion for the casserole into smaller pieces. To fill, I used 10% cream and twice as many eggs to fill the entire bottom of the mold. I baked it for half an hour, the eggs just “set” during this time. I note that the onion remained a little crispy; next time I’ll try frying it, so it will have time to cook and will be tastier. I didn’t have any cheese, but it turned out delicious even without it. My children liked this casserole the most, because it contains sausages) This is just a great option for a snack or dinner.

Tell me, is it possible to replace the cream with milk or water or just bake without it?
