We take any fish, clean it, wash it and remove the bones as much as we can. Grind it in a meat grinder 2 times. Salt and pepper the minced meat.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and transfer our minced meat there. Fry for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Peel and wash the potatoes

Pour vegetable oil onto a tray, grease the bottom, salt it and lay out the first layer of potatoes
