An exquisite dish and its decoration. And the recipe is very interesting. I think shrimp would go great with pepper. On the festive table such beauty will not go unnoticed.

Svetlana, I completely agree with you! I put these pieces of ice on a black plate, it was a wonderful sight! Only they didn’t stand there for a long time... they said it wasn’t enough and didn’t have time to try it

I was slightly knocked out twice while studying a salad recipe. Firstly, I didn’t understand from the photo what the salad cubes were made of, and secondly, I never imagined that daikon could be boiled. I’ll try cooking daikon as a test, and then I’ll get to the salad.
