Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

1.First, boil the pork ribs. Salt the water and add ribs, carrots, onions, ginger, bay leaf and allspice. Cook for about 40 minutes.
STEP 2

2. Let's make the marinade! To do this, mix 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp dry ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix everything until smooth. Then grind the hot pepper in a mortar and add to our sauce.
STEP 3

3. 40 minutes after cooking, let the ribs cool slightly and apply the marinade to them. We put them in a mold and place them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C.
