I haven’t tried cooking pilaf in a slow cooker yet. Let's try, let's try!!! Then I’ll tell you and show you what I did.

Guys, I made pilaf. Delicious. It just turned out to be a little porridge, but I realized that you need to pour less water, and add a little bit as it cooks. Then the pilaf will turn out crumbly in the slow cooker. So they forgot about carrots in the recipe - they are included in the ingredients, but they forgot to add them during cooking. I laid it out in a layer on top of the meat and onions.

Well, it’s possible and so, the water here is all about the varieties of rice, I usually still do it individually each time - adding water. Bon appetit.

Pilaf in a slow cooker turns out very tasty! I made it according to the recipe described above - you will lick your fingers!! Only in my multicooker in the “Pilaf” mode you cannot open the lid. Therefore, I pour water once at the very beginning in the proportion of 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. You can put seafood in pilaf instead of meat. It turns out really great!!! I tried replacing rice with buckwheat - it’s also delicious))))) although it’s not pilaf))))

Well, experimenters))) The main thing is that there is no need to quickly and fuss, and freshly prepared food is always delicious. I really adore rice with seafood...

Wonderful! But, if I may, a few tips. It is not necessary to fry the meat, onions and carrots separately; most multicookers have a “Stew” mode - you can use it to prepare “zirvak” (meat-onion-carrots), and only then add rice and water2. It is better to cut carrots into strips3. spices?4. It is better to cut the meat coarsely, but this is not for everyone5. adding water is a matter of experience, yes, it’s better to underfill and add than to overfill
