Pork neck in spicy marinade, baked in the oven

STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. Wash and dry the meat and prepare the marinade.
STEP 2

To do this, mix soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, sugar and ground black pepper in a deep bowl. Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass it through a press and add to the marinade. Add a tablespoon of French or Italian herbs, which go well with soy sauce, and stir well until smooth.
STEP 3

Dip the meat into the marinade, rub it well with marinade on all sides, cover with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Place the marinated meat in a baking dish, pour the remaining marinade on top and cover with foil.
STEP 4

Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. After an hour, remove the foil, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 15 - 20 minutes until browned. Cool the finished meat in the mold, cut into portions and serve.
