  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry juicy pork liver in a frying pan with onions? Use large onions. Peel the onions and rinse in cold water to prevent your eyes from watering when cutting. Cut the peeled onions in half and cut into half rings.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

How to properly fry onions? In our case, we need transparent onions, so heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and, after adding a little salt, add the onions. Fry - saute the onion over low heat under a closed lid until transparent.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

While the onions are frying, prepare the liver. Rinse it well in cold water. Dry a little and cut into pieces of approximately the same size.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the liver in the pan with the fried onions and stir. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking. As a spice, you can add a little ground black pepper. It will not interrupt the main taste and aroma of the dish.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The liver cooks very quickly. If the pieces are small, then after 10 minutes you can break a piece. In the cut it should be gray in color, without blood. To fix, hold for a couple more minutes and you can turn off. Bon appetit!

I haven't cooked liver for a long time. I came across this recipe and wanted to whip up this splendor for dinner. I soaked the pork liver in milk for a couple of hours to make it tender. On my own behalf, I also decided to add carrots. First, I fried some vegetables in vegetable oil. Then I added pieces of liver and cooked as described in the recipe. The only spices I added were salt and pepper, so as not to interrupt the taste of the liver itself. This dish turned out to be very easy and quick to prepare. I served fried liver with boiled diced potatoes. This is a very aromatic dish, satisfying and appetizing. Pork liver fried in a frying pan with onions is juicy and soft. This is true! According to this recipe, the liver simply melts in your mouth. Wonderful recipe! Thanks to the author)

For dinner I cooked pork liver in a frying pan fried with onions, juicy and soft. A piece of frozen liver was thawed in cold water, and at the same time blood came out of it. Then I cut it into pieces and soaked it for 20 minutes in 10% cream. After that, I put it on a sieve to drain the liquid. I cut the onion into half rings and fried until lightly browned, and then added the liver to it. I fried it over low heat for about 15 minutes, the main thing here is not to overcook it, otherwise the liver will become tough. I determined readiness by cutting a piece. It cut easily and there was no blood inside. At the end I added salt, paprika and vegetable seasoning. The hot liver was immediately served to the table with rice and homemade pickles. The pork liver according to this recipe turned out really juicy, soft and very tasty!

everything is ready in half an hour, tasty and satisfying) it was interesting to try with blue onions... I really liked the 50/50 liver/onion ratio, I don’t know why I didn’t put more onions before, very tasty...
