STEP 1
How to fry juicy pork liver in a frying pan with onions? Use large onions. Peel the onions and rinse in cold water to prevent your eyes from watering when cutting. Cut the peeled onions in half and cut into half rings.
STEP 2
How to properly fry onions? In our case, we need transparent onions, so heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and, after adding a little salt, add the onions. Fry - saute the onion over low heat under a closed lid until transparent.
STEP 3
While the onions are frying, prepare the liver. Rinse it well in cold water. Dry a little and cut into pieces of approximately the same size.
STEP 4
Place the liver in the pan with the fried onions and stir. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking. As a spice, you can add a little ground black pepper. It will not interrupt the main taste and aroma of the dish.
STEP 5
The liver cooks very quickly. If the pieces are small, then after 10 minutes you can break a piece. In the cut it should be gray in color, without blood. To fix, hold for a couple more minutes and you can turn off. Bon appetit!
