How to make Polish sauce for fish with eggs? Very simple! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can supplement the sauce with herbs and spices to your taste. If you wish, you can add 1 tbsp to the sauce. l. lemon juice and a little zest.

Melt the butter first and cool it.

Wash the eggs in running water, hard-boil, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes. The brighter the yolks, the more beautiful the sauce will be.

Rinse the dill, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
