Step-by-step preparation

Roll out the dough into a rectangle (if you like thick dough, do not roll it out, take it twice the weight). Distribute tomato sauce or mashed tomatoes over the dough, leaving 1 cm from the edges.
STEP 3
Place the mozzarella cut in half.
STEP 4
Sprinkle with grated semi-hard cheese.
STEP 5
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and roll into a loose roll.
STEP 6
Place the roll in a baking pan lined with parchment and brush with beaten egg.
STEP 7
Sprinkle with ground pepper and place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the finished roll from the oven, cut into pieces and serve.
