    Using a special citrus juicer, squeeze the juice out of the lemon and lightly moisten the pike carcass with this juice. If you don't have a juicer, cut the lemon in half and then squeeze the lemon juice out of the halves by hand. Leave the fish to soak in the aromas of the seasonings and lemon juice for 20 minutes.

Great option for dinner! This is not the first time I’ve cooked pike, but I haven’t tried it in sour cream yet. It tasted simply amazing. The fish is soft and tender, with a spicy aroma. By the way, the specific smell inherent in pike is not felt at all, which is very pleasing. In addition, pike itself is dry, but according to this recipe, it simply melts in your mouth. I increased the cooking time because... I never bake fish for less than an hour, I think it’s safer. I didn’t have any special spices for fish, so I seasoned it to my taste with rosemary and black pepper. The only thing I would change in this recipe is the amount of butter and sour cream. In my opinion, you can reduce the proportions by half, otherwise too much liquid will be released. But this does not affect the taste at all. I recommend this delicate fish for cooking!
