Dasha, how good are your pies! I really liked the dough (it’s fresh, it cooks quickly and, unlike yeast dough, it’s much healthier) and the filling itself is prepared according to all the rules of confectionery production, namely, the poppy seeds are boiled for a long time and filtered through cheesecloth (otherwise you can lose it - this happened to me at first ).But this is the first time I’ve read about adding an egg to the filling; if you think about it, everything is right, it will bind the tops together more strongly.
