Recently a new appliance appeared in my kitchen - a multicooker. Now I will try to cook new dishes with its help. First, I decided to try baking. Based on the set of products in the refrigerator, I realized that the first experiment would be a pie with cheese in a multicooker aspic. In general, I like jellied pies because they are quick to prepare; this is important for me now. For the dough there was just mayonnaise, albeit with a high percentage of fat content, but it turned out even tastier. The dough turned out to be the consistency of thick sour cream. For the filling, in addition to cheese and eggs, I added rice; I had it left over from another dish. I also added a bunch of green onions. I didn’t know how this combination would taste, but I took a risk) And it turned out very tasty! The cheese tied together all the filling and it turned out to be a real pie, which the whole family literally ate for dinner. I sprinkled flax seeds on top before baking; they are pleasantly chewy in the finished baked goods. Regarding the baking itself: I set the “baking” mode for 50 minutes and left it for 5 minutes with the lid open. The pie was completely baked, but I thought the bottom browned a little more than I would have liked. Most likely, my multicooker needs to use less time, but maybe that’s how it should be) I’ll experiment further. By the way, thanks to the author for the tip to use a steamer insert to remove the pie, otherwise I didn’t know how to take it out of the bowl) And the pie is wonderful, porous, tender and tasty.

Interesting recipe, thanks! But it seems to me that mayonnaise should be replaced with kefir, for example, otherwise it turns out very fatty, both cheese and mayonnaise. Need to try:)

Thanks for the recipe, it turned out very tasty. Only I don’t take the baked goods out of the multicooker for about half an hour.

I wonder if I make minced meat for the filling, will it work?
