I have discovered a love for garlic arrows) While they are in stock, I add them to all main courses, and to soup too. For the winter I already prepared the pasta through a meat grinder and simply froze it in cubes. But the arrows still remained and I began to look for a recipe on the website on how to prepare them. It turns out you can still marinate them! And then I remembered that in stores they sell such things in the pickle section. I remember I really liked them) So you need to make this preparation at home, because home is always tastier and healthier. I found on my favorite website how to prepare pickled garlic for the winter. I chose several half-liter jars for this. I decided to lay it “standing”, for this I cut arrows of the same length. I tried it with scissors, but my pieces scattered all over the table) So I used a regular knife, which also works great for cutting. In each jar I put one bay leaf and two peas of allspice. When I made the marinade, I thought there was too much sugar, but since it’s written in the recipe, it means the author knows what he’s doing, I trust) I left the finished jars under a blanket until they cooled. I made a small jar for testing and put it in the refrigerator. I tried it two days later. The arrows became elastic, they chew pleasantly, everything tastes great and there was just enough sugar. I think before winter the garlic arrows will still be saturated with marinade and will become even tastier!

The recipe is good. I did it a little differently. I washed it. Cut it to the required length. Boiled for 2 minutes. Made a marinade from the cooking water. In my opinion, the arrows become softer after cooking, even if you come across old ones by accident.
