Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Required ingredients. Soak pearl barley overnight in cold water
STEP 2
Three carrots on a coarse grater
STEP 3
Fry in sunflower oil, turning on the “Baking” or “Frying” mode for 10 - 15 minutes
STEP 4
Turn off the mode, pour the cereal into the carrots and lay out the stew
STEP 5
Add salt, mix everything
STEP 6
Pour water to cover all the cereal. Turn on the "Pilaf" mode for 50 minutes
STEP 7
In 50 minutes the dish is ready!
