Pasta with stewed meat in a frying pan
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make pasta with stew in a frying pan? Prepare your food. I have beef stew, but you can use any other one. Same with pasta - it doesn't matter what kind you take. Wash the carrots well and dry with napkins.
STEP 2

Peel the onions, wash, dry and cut into small cubes. To prevent your eyes from watering, wet the knife in cold water.
STEP 3

Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Boil 2 liters of water in a saucepan. Add salt and add pasta to boiling water. Stir so they don't stick to the bottom. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. Then drain them in a colander.
STEP 5

Heat a frying pan and add fat from the stew. If your stew is without fat, then pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan. Wait for the fat to melt.
STEP 6

Add chopped onion and grated carrots to the pan. Fry the vegetables for about 3-5 minutes, stirring them so as not to burn.
STEP 7

Add the stew to the pan. You can first break the meat pieces into smaller pieces. Fry the stew with vegetables for about 7-10 minutes. You can cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat until the vegetables become soft.
STEP 8

Add boiled pasta to the stew in the pan. Stir. Cover the pan with a lid and let them simmer over low heat for just a few minutes. If you like the second one juicier, you can pour a little boiled water into the pan.
