  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make delicious pasta - pasta with beef? Prepare the indicated ingredients for cooking beef in tomato sauce. Beef tenderloin - boneless pulp (you can use ready-made tenderloin or goulash). Onions and garlic are small. Tomatoes in their own juice (with or without pulp). One stalk of celery, if you don’t really like it, you can do without it. Any type of pasta is suitable, that is, you can use any type of pasta you like

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the beef under running water and dry. You can immediately take ready-made chopped meat (goulash). If the meat is a whole piece, then first you need to cut out the veins and films. Then cut into long strips along the grain.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Break the celery stalks in half, remove the tough threads inside the stalk and chop. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan or saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and celery over medium heat for several minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add the chopped beef and fry the meat and vegetables over high heat until lightly browned.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add tomatoes in their own juice, salt, pepper, Italian (Provencal) dry herbs. I come across whole tomatoes in a jar, I mash them in a saucepan and simmer them together. And before serving, I remove the tomato skins from the sauce.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix everything and simmer the meat in tomato sauce until the meat is cooked. The stewing time will depend on the meat itself: the younger the meat, the less time it will take.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

When the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened, place the pasta water on the heat. When the water boils, add salt and pasta. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Place the finished pasta in a colander to drain excess liquid.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Serve the beef in tomato sauce with hot pasta. Place pasta on a plate, pour sauce on top and add pieces of meat. Fresh basil works well for decoration. A glass of red wine will brighten up the pasta with meat.

Usually after the holidays there is a jar or two left at home from homemade preparations. This time the tomatoes survived in their own juice until the end. But today it is their turn. I found them very useful for pasta with beef in tomato sauce. I made it for two servings. Springs made from durum wheat acted as paste. Beef was successfully replaced by lean pork. I made it without celery and a mixture of Italian herbs. I only added dried basil. After frying the onions and garlic in a frying pan, I added the meat cut into strips. I fried it until golden brown. I rubbed the tomatoes in their own juice through a sieve, resulting in a thick, homogeneous tomato mass. I poured it into the frying pan, simmered the meat until it became soft and the sauce thickened. I served it with freshly cooked springs. It turned out very tasty! The meat was perfectly soaked in the sauce. The sauce itself turned out to be spicy, moderately sour, one might say delicate. Paired well with meat and pasta. Thank you so much for the recipe!
