STEP 1

How to make pasta chips? Prepare all ingredients. You can choose any pasta for this dish: shells, farfalle, fusilli, penne and other types of pasta. Also, for this dish it is better to use pasta not made from durum wheat, but the most inexpensive pasta. It is better to choose the spices according to your taste; you can use only salt, or you can add, for example, dried garlic or paprika.
STEP 2

First, cook the pasta until fully cooked according to package instructions. As a rule, pasta not made from durum wheat should be cooked for 7-8 minutes. I advise you to first add 1 tbsp to boiling water. vegetable oil, then boil the pasta in this water.
STEP 3

Drain the finished pasta in a colander, then place it on a clean towel and dry. Excess moisture should go away.
STEP 4

Place the dried pasta in a container, sprinkle wheat flour on top, close the container with a lid and start shaking, shaking the pasta. Thus, all pasta should be coated with flour breading.
STEP 5

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. When the oil is hot, drop the first portion of flour-breaded pasta into it. Fry them until golden brown for a few minutes. Also fry the remaining pasta in the batter. Then place them on paper towels to remove excess oil. After frying, the pasta should become firm and dense.
STEP 6

When the oil is absorbed into the towels, transfer the fried pasta to a container, add salt and your favorite spices on top, close the container with a lid and start shaking the pasta so that all the spices are evenly distributed.
STEP 7

Place pasta on a plate and serve with your favorite sauces.
