Step-by-step preparation

Beat sugar with eggs and salt.
STEP 3

Add milk 4/5 cup milk, beat
STEP 4

Add a little flour there and stir well (first with a spoon, then better with a mixer, so that there are no lumps)
STEP 5

Add soda to the well-mixed dough and quench it with vinegar, or add baking powder for the dough (instead of 0.2 tsp of soda, you can add 1 tsp of baking powder. Ideally: 10 grams of baking powder per 400 grams of flour). Mix well again. .Add the remaining milk. Stir. Let the dough sit for at least 10 minutes (then mix again and bake the pancakes.
STEP 6

We bake the pancakes on both sides so that they are golden.
STEP 7

Grease each pancake that we remove from the frying pan/pancake maker with butter or margarine (especially the edges). Our pancakes are ready.
