Place the onion in a bowl, cover with a lid and shake the bowl well so that the flour mixture is evenly distributed in the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. The result is a tasty, aromatic dish that can be added to any side dish, and is also very tasty as an independent dish. I didn’t expect it to turn out so delicious!
