Omelet with sausage on milk and cheese
Very tasty, tender and juicy omelet made from cheese and eggs. This is one of my favorite breakfasts.

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of milk with a fork.
STEP 2

On a coarse grater, grate the cheese and boiled sausage (or sausage).
STEP 3

Mix the egg mixture with the cheese and sausage.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place three tablespoons of egg mixture into the pan and spread over the entire surface of the pancake using a spoon.
STEP 5

Fry until golden brown and roll it up. Next, put three spoons again, fry it and roll it up again.
STEP 6

The roll will grow like a snowball. The omelette is ready. Bon appetit.
