Oatmeal cookies with sucralose and raisins

STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients for baking oatmeal raisin cookies. If you want to prepare a very low-calorie product with a low fat content, which would be suitable for consumption during sports, then you can exclude sugar from the composition of the products, replace chicken eggs with protein, butter with protein. If you want delicious oatmeal cookies with raisins made from natural products for tea, then you don’t have to limit your imagination much in adding ingredients.
STEP 2
It is better to take raisins in small sizes, without a beautiful gloss, this product is more natural and healthy. Wash the raisins thoroughly with running water, put them in another bowl, pour boiling water over them, let them swell, just leave them in the water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the raisins again.
STEP 3
If the cereal is of the “extra” variety, then it does not need to be washed; it is already prepared for consumption. We wash the oatmeal, put it in a deep bowl, fill it with hot water so that it barely covers the contents of the bowl. Melt the butter in a water bath or in the microwave.
STEP 4
Drain the water from the cup of oatmeal. Add raisins, a pinch of salt, and a drop of diluted sucralose to the oatmeal. If you add sugar, then half a teaspoon is enough. Beat in the chicken egg and pour in the melted butter. Mix the mass until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
STEP 5
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment.
STEP 6
Place the dough on the parchment with a tablespoon, leaving a fairly wide space between the cookies, because during baking, they will increase in size and spread to the sides.
STEP 7
Bake cookies at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove the cookies from the parchment, let them cool and harden slightly and serve with tea, coffee or milk. Enjoy your tea!
