Quick, delicious oatcakes - a worthy replacement for bread! These oatcakes sometimes help me out when the house suddenly runs out of bread. They are very quick to prepare, and I always have all the ingredients on hand. These flatbreads are perfect for breakfast or as a first course. Simply delicious!

Add an egg

Add vegetable oil
STEP 5

Add soda

Mix - and our dough is ready, the consistency is similar to sour cream

Pour 1-2 tablespoons into a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. l. dough and fry until golden brown, they fry very quickly - about 3 minutes on each side

Turn over and cook on the other side
