    How to cook soup with noodles and chicken? Prepare the products according to the list. Take bottled or filtered water. Wash and dry the vegetables. Wash the chicken fillet, place it in a saucepan with water and cook for about 20-30 minutes. Then remove the meat, cut it into pieces and return it back to the broth.

    Peel the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and place them in the pan with the meat. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.

    While the potatoes are cooking, peel the onions and carrots. Rinse them. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and chop the onion with a knife.

    Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place chopped onions and carrots in the frying pan and fry everything together with constant stirring for about 3-4 minutes. Then place the finished roast into the soup.

In our family, soup should always be for lunch. Our kids love chicken noodle soup the most. For this soup, I did not use fillet, but a soup set. It often contains blood clots, so before cooking, I washed the chicken pieces well in running water and then soaked them for about 30 minutes. Thanks to this, the broth turned out transparent. I also fried the onions and carrots; after light heat treatment in oil, the carrots release carotene and the soup becomes a beautiful golden color. The standard vermicelli was replaced with small letters and numbers. My daughter eats it more willingly) I didn’t add any spices either. The result was a very tasty, bright soup with clear chicken broth. It is light and rich. In the cold autumn, you especially want to warm up with such a nutritious soup.

Today for lunch I prepared a delicious noodle soup with chicken using this recipe. A pre-thawed chicken thigh became the basis for a rich broth. I cut the potatoes into small pieces so that they cook evenly and quickly. Instead of regular noodles, I used egg noodles, which gave the soup a refined and delicate taste. I added suneli hops from the spices and this seasoning filled the soup with the aromas of Caucasian cuisine, and black pepper, with which I seasoned the soup before serving, added the final chord to this symphony of flavors. Fresh green onions and crispy cucumbers were the perfect complement to this dish, creating harmony of taste. The cold winter day outside only emphasized the warmth and comfort of our lunch.
