Step-by-step preparation

Grind the cookies into fine crumbs (I use baked milk) and pour in the melted butter, mix

If there is not enough sweetness, add condensed milk.

Place our finished dough in a springform pan lined with cling film. We make a small side.
STEP 5

Let's start filling. Grind the cottage cheese and mix with raisins. Soak the gelatin in cold water and dilute it in a water bath.
STEP 6

Add yogurt (I used peach), add apricot jam, ready-made cooled gelatin and mix well.
STEP 7

Pour the finished filling onto the base and put it in the refrigerator. When the filling has hardened, grate chocolate on top.
STEP 8

All is ready! Everyone come to the table for tea.
