Quick gelatin, like mine, pour 125 ml of boiling water. Stir it well until completely dissolved. For now, set the poured gelatin aside and work on the base of the cake.

    Crush the cookies into a large bowl with your hands. Make the pieces medium, they will look beautiful when cut.

    Wash and dry the bananas. Peel them and cut them into pieces the same size as the cookie pieces. I first cut the banana lengthwise into quarters and then sliced ​​it crosswise.

Cover the pan with cling film to make it easier to remove the cake and prevent liquid cream from leaking out.

This cake bulged when the family asked for something sweet, but I didn’t want to bother with baking. No-bake cake with sour cream, banana and cookies is quite simple to make. For the cake, I took 2 tablespoons of powdered gelatin, poured it with water, when it swollen, I put it on the stove (on the lowest heat). With frequent stirring, the gelatin dissolved without bringing the water to a boil. And she poured this liquid into the sour cream and moved on. Next, I added banana and cookies to the sour cream. I covered the mold with cling film and transferred the whole mass there. The cake sat in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning I had a cake that held its shape well, which I sprinkled with cocoa and served with tea. The recipe is wonderful! Everyone was delighted!!!
