  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make navy pasta in a frying pan with stew? First of all, prepare all the necessary products. What pasta is better to take? Anything to your taste will do, be it shells, spirals, cones or spaghetti. Stew can be made from beef, pork or poultry. Select spices to suit your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

First, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Next, drain the pasta in a colander and drain the remaining water.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Peel the onion and chop finely. Place the onion in a frying pan, add salt to taste and a teaspoon of sugar. Fry, stirring, until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible with a knife, or pass it through a press. Add garlic and wine vinegar to the pan. The vinegar will evaporate during the frying process, and the dressing will acquire a pleasant sweet and sour taste. Add tomato paste and stir-fry for about 2 more minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mash the stew with a fork into small pieces or until smooth, as desired.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add the stew to the pan with the onions. Bring to a boil. Pour in half a glass of boiling water (you can add less or more water if desired, depending on how thick the sauce you want to get in the end).

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Stir and add your favorite spices. I added ground allspice, dried aromatic herbs and a ready-made vegetable mixture. Add salt to taste. Reduce the flame and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Place the pasta in the pan.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Mix everything thoroughly and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. From greens, take dill, parsley or young onions. Mix everything again, taste and add salt if necessary. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and let the dish sit for 5-10 minutes.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Done, ready to serve! Fresh vegetables or salads will perfectly complement the dish.

Today for dinner I cooked navy pasta in a frying pan with stew. This dish is quick and easy to prepare! I usually just reheat the stew and mix it with the pasta. And here it is proposed to make tomato and onion frying. This time my stew was made from pork. I made the tomato sauce thinner so that the pasta was well saturated with it and became juicy. The use of vinegar surprised me, but I added it anyway, although I had white wine vinegar. The taste turned out interesting and pleasant. For spices I used dried vegetables and paprika. Simmering the pasta with tomato sauce made it so tender, soaked in the rich broth from the stew! Delicious! Thank you!
