Nachos corn chips
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make nacho corn chips? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix both types of flour, salt, sugar and other spices. Choose the amount of spices to your taste; if desired, you can add dried herbs. Add vegetable oil. Add warm milk in small portions and knead the dough. If the dough turns out runny, then add a little more flour, if it’s too stiff, then add a little milk.
STEP 3
The dough turns out soft and tender, but does not stick to your hands at all.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into 2-3 parts. Place some of the dough on a work surface, dusting it well with flour.
STEP 5
Roll out the dough into a thin layer. To make the chips crispy, it is important to roll out the dough very thinly, just until transparent.
STEP 6
Cut the dough into triangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can choose the right parchment paper by reading a separate article about the features of parchment, the link is at the end of the recipe.
STEP 7
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 5-8 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, the link is at the end of the recipe. Watch carefully, the chips burn easily. Let the finished chips cool. These chips can be deep-fried, but after the oven they turn out just as crispy, so it seems to me that baking is still easier.
STEP 8
Place the chips on a plate and serve with a variety of sauces. Bon appetit!
