All children love chips. And ours are no exception. But the composition of the purchased ones leaves much to be desired. So today I decided to make nacho corn chips. I measured out the necessary ingredients. I didn't add any hot pepper. I made do with adding paprika and curry. Instead of milk, I added 10% cream. I kneaded the dough, rolled it into a thin layer, then I realized that it could have been thinner. I cut it into portions with a knife. Placed the chips on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. And baked for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. The result was delicious crispy nachos. Only, as I already said, they could have been made thinner, but that’s for next time. I still had some corn flour left (almost 60 grams). I thought about where it could be used. I found a recipe for nacho corn chips. This amount of flour was enough for two servings. I didn't have paprika, I added a pinch of nutmeg. The dough turned out tender, soft, it rolls out easily. I cooked the chips at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
