Good recipe, I’ve already added it to my cookbook and plan to try it soon. I really liked that it was easy to prepare and that it took little time to prepare. And most importantly, mushroom julienne is truly delicious!

Usually mushroom julienne with cream is made with champignons, but I highly recommend trying it with porcini mushrooms! There's simply no better snack to go with vodka

Thank you, Roman, are dried (soaked) porcini mushrooms good? Or do you only need fresh ones?

I think it’s possible, of course, with dry mushrooms, and most likely it will be delicious. But I usually make it with frozen porcini mushrooms. We sell porcini mushrooms frozen.

That's right, we need to look for frozen ones, thank you.))) But white ones probably need to be cooked longer than champignons?
