    Peel and chop the apples, place in a bowl, pour over the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp. cinnamon.

    In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar (no need to beat until fluffy).

    Add maple syrup, cream and vegetable oil, stir.

    Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Mix with quick movements.

    Add chopped apples and stir.

    Divide the dough into molds. 1 tbsp. l. mix sugar with 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, mix and sprinkle on top of the dough. (this will help form a crispy crust).

Irisha, another dessert for loving hearts! It is so simple that any girl can start her first experience in the kitchen with it and easily cope with it! It’s good that maple syrup can already be bought in our Russian stores, I don’t want to start a new recipe with a replacement))) These muffins are very big and cute!
