Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Required ingredients.
STEP 2
Peel and chop the apples, place in a bowl, pour over the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp. cinnamon.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar (no need to beat until fluffy).
STEP 4
Add maple syrup, cream and vegetable oil, stir.
STEP 5
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Mix with quick movements.
STEP 6
Add chopped apples and stir.
STEP 7
Divide the dough into molds. 1 tbsp. l. mix sugar with 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, mix and sprinkle on top of the dough. (this will help form a crispy crust).
STEP 8
Bake at 180 C for about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve while still warm for tea! Bon appetit!

It’s good that maple syrup can already be bought in our Russian stores, I don’t want to start a new recipe with a replacement))) These muffins are very big and cute!
